Whether you’re about to make the decision to switch to HubSpot or are already in the midst of working with the system, there are some very helpful resources around and from HubSpot that you should know about and use.
1. HubSpot Solutions Partner
Due to its size, HubSpot itself offers standardized service and training packages, whereas partner agencies – like us – can respond much more individually to the needs and requirements of customers. As a result, HubSpot’s partners are an important part of the ecosystem – both in terms of onboarding, as well as reviewing and optimizing the existing system.
One of the advantages of bringing a partner agency on board is the many years of experience in HubSpot-related topics. 2. HubSpot Knowledge
To help you get started and continue using HubSpot, there are three different tools for reference and learning:
- There are countless courses from the HubSpot Academy on a wide variety of topics, which are always kept up-to-date and expanded.
- The articles in the Knowledge Base help to understand any functionality of HubSpot or you can easily look up many questions here.
- There is also the HubSpot Blogwhere you can learn more about marketing and sales topics and stay up to date.
3. HubSpot Community
The HubSpot Community with thousands of users, consisting of HubSpot customers, solutions partners and the HubSpot team, is a good place to start for problems that are a bit more complex and cannot be solved with the knowledge base alone.
Users share workarounds and best practices, and the HubSpot team is always on hand to help find solutions.
It’s also useful to note features you’re missing in HubSpot in the community, or to give an existing post on the topic an “upvote.” Why? Because the Product Development team takes many ideas for new features from the HubSpot community’s requests and implements them.
4. HubSpot Product Updates
One of the most important things about a software is that it stays up-to-date and evolves according to the needs of its customers. For this reason, HubSpot is working intensively on optimizing the platform and responding to the wishes of the community, as described above.
You can find the updates either in your own account dropdown (top right), under “Product Updates” or on the HubSpot Community page. As a HubSpot partner, we also write regular “HubSpot News” and also send our customers a short email with an overview of the updates.
