Meinrad has a wide variety of customers from the mechanical engineering, medical technology and software sectors . It was therefore important for Meinrad to improve its communication in the digital world towards the different target groups and to make its core competencies and services more tangible. Furthermore, Meinrad had been toying with changing your HubSpot onboarding agency for quite some time, as it was insufficiently responsive to the desired requirements.
Growth Ninja’s solution for Meinrad
The solution to these challenges had several levels: in order to clarify why the appearance and communication in the digital world towards the customer did not have the success that Meinrad expected, a brand positioning was carried out.
This clearly showed that parts of the company’s presentation to customers were not appropriate – neither visually nor in terms of content. A redesign of the logo and corporate design followed, complemented by a complete website relaunch with a change in content focus from core competence to addressing target groups and linking with HubSpot. After various training sessions, Meinrad was then HubSpot-ready and could easily take over customer communication and engagement himself with workflows and sequences.
Project result & customer benefit
Meinrad was able to win a major customer just a few days after its website relaunch, with the clear feedback that the customer had clearly understood what Meinrad does and achieves and had therefore chosen Meinrad as a partner. In addition, a lot of positive feedback followed on Meinrad’s new look&feel and appearance.
At the end of our collaboration, Meinrad was able to handle HubSpot completely independently and was able to implement content on the website – such as blog articles or minor changes – himself, even after completing his own WordPress training.
