As HubSpot is constantly improving and adapting to the needs of its many customers*, here’s an update on the new features and improvements to HubSpot Marketing & CMS Hub for the first half of 2023.
Marketing Hub
The latest updates:
- Who in the future a random selection of contacts for a mailing campaign to test things can now do so.
- It is also possible to randomly divide lists according to a certain percentage to experiment with it.
- Comments Comments left for colleagues to edit can now be checked off.
- Super admins can now set that marketing mails must be approved first before they can be sent.
- From now on, marketing mails can also be managed via the mobile app.
- With the new WhatsApp module, marketers can now also link to WhatsApp.
- There is now a Bot Filter that allows you to filter out potential bot interactions in your sent emails, so you only see the percentage that HubSpot classifies as human interaction.
- To work more efficiently, you can now use Campaign Templates that you can find in the Campaign Library. In addition, there are now separate property fields exclusively for marketing campaigns.
- One of the biggest updates is certainly the new analytics tool to evaluate the customer journey:
CMS Hub
The latest updates:
- HubDB row data can now be sorted by columns in the table editor.
- The SEO Recommendation Tool now marks all pages with broken external links that need to be repaired.
- You can now create different types of CTAs without the help of a developer or designer (pop-ups, slide-ins (pop-ups, slide-ins, embedded buttons or banners).
- With the new drag-and-drop feature, you can now easily drag modules into the rich text area of your blog posts, making editing your blog easier and more intuitive.
