CRM
- [BETA] From now on you can add multiple companies to a contact, deal or ticket.
- Deal Probability: There is now a separate field in the deals where you can set the probability of a deal closing or it is set automatically by HubSpot based on the probabilities of the respective deal phase. This field can then be used for sales reporting purposes.
- Sandboxes are a new feature where you can test new things without messing up the actual CRM. Test integrations, workflows or new modules without having to work directly in your LIVE environment.
- Follow Up Tasks are now available in the HubSpot mobile app.
Sales Hub
- Deal Splits: Sales employees can now "share" deals. So if more than one employee is involved in a deal, this can now be specified. This provides an incentive for employees and also makes the reporting more accurate than before.
- Improved forecasting tool: Until now, forecasts could only be made from past data, but now Sales & Service staff can - manually - make a more accurate estimate of how the next months or quarter will perform.
- Mobile Forecasting Tool: Since sales teams in particular should always have their data at hand, the forecasting tool is now also available in the mobile app.
Marketing Hub
- [BETA] In the Marketing Hub, you can now create different business units for the different brands. Marketing contacts, documents, etc. can be specifically assigned to a brand (and thus also treated confidentially!). It also makes segment-specific campaigns easier.
- From now on, it is also possible to link HubSpot Lifecycle Stages of a contact with the Google Ad or Facebook Ad Lifecycle Stage: "Custom Mapping for Ad Optimization Events".
- Ad campaigns in the marketing calendar: You can now see all ad campaigns from Google, Facebook or LinkedIn also in your marketing calendar.
CMS Hub
- Product Launch: The Starter CMS Hub is now available!
- Own HubSpot Collection in Envato Marketplace with 250+ new designs.
- There is now a possibility to save and reuse designed sections.
- The blog overview page can now also be edited via drag & drop, additionally there are now analytics insights for the page.
- Brand Kits: You can now also create your own "Brand Kits" for your business units with the individual logo and brand colors.
Service Hub
Operations Hub
App Marketplace
- Together with the new Operations Hub Enterprise, new integrations for Data Sync were also launched.
- Several new integrations have been launched: now connect your call, SMS, finance, accounting, quote, event, e-commerce, or project management apps to your CRM and harness the full power of the interplay between the apps you use.
- Slack Integration: Create a shared Slack channel directly from HubSpot.
HubSpot Community
- HubSpot Academy is now also available in the mobile app.
