As HubSpot is constantly improving and adapting to the needs of its many customers, here’s a new update from us on HubSpot’s new features and improvements.
CRM
- Custom quote templates: It is now possible to create your own templates for quotes and customize them according to your needs.
- Mobile app optimization: you can now add photos to your notes and activity logs (iOS). In addition, Dark Mode is now also selectable in the app (iOS + Android).
- Record assignments: You can now assign multiple companies to a contact and also assign labels - for example, if a contact is an employee at one company and a consultant at another
- Assign field-level rights: For all Enterprise customers there is now also the possibility to assign field-level rights. You can now directly decide which user can see or edit which field.
Marketing Hub
- Marketing automations for emails and forms are now also included in the Marketing Starter package.
- You can now also link forms to your marketing campaigns to see when a person became a lead.
- The newest tool in the Marketing Hub is the comparison tool to be able to compare your campaigns with each other as well
- Due to Google's change, from now on there will only be Responsive Ads to select when you create a Google Ad campaign, your other ads will remain and continue to run but will not be able to be edited.
- There are now new bidding strategies for your Google Ads campaigns, namely "maximize conversions" and "maximize conversion value".
- Email Health by Industry: The latest update for your email campaigns gives you information about the performance of your mails in your industry. This feature is still rolling out, which means there is not yet a benchmark for all industries - but will be.

Service Hub
- Now you can also send an automatic reminder email for NPS surveys to increase survey engagement and get more feedback from your customers.
- Add a custom meta description to your knowledge base articles to get a better search result in search engines. You can also divide items into categories and subcategories and tag them with relevant tags.
CMS Hub
App Marketplace
- Several new apps in the areas of account-based marketing, sales and service have been added to the Marketplace.
- Sync Health: the latest update, in terms of integrations, is a diagnostic tool that shows you which records are currently syncing, which are excluded from sync, and which have a sync error.
BETA
There are always several features that HubSpot is rolling out step by step or is still finishing development. For some, you can then participate in the public beta phase. You can find them when you go to your account dropdown (top right), select “Product Updates” under the “Betas” section.
